I started in SEO, where the goal was getting more traffic, more leads, more rankings. But at some point, I saw the problem:

Traffic wasn’t enough. Companies were bringing people in, but they weren’t converting. They weren’t sticking around.

I’ve talked to a lot of SaaS founders and growth teams, and I kept noticing the same problem—users would sign up but never activate or retain. Some teams weren’t even working on it. Others didn’t know where to start.

That’s when I shifted focus.

I specialize in SEO, but my work has always been centered around users. What do they need? What’s blocking them? How can we make sure they succeed? The moment I started approaching growth through this lens—focusing not just on acquisition, but activation and retention—everything changed.
